Context

This solution is the result of two things: Itelios "mobility" team and a success story- 2004 International Car Show.

In 2004, Fiat Group decides to adopt an entirely electronic support for contact management on the show. They had a very ambitious objective:

almost real-time integration of the data in each brand's CRM, so that it can be processed for business purposes one day after collection, quality of the information, real time reporting and improved management capacity of the hostess teams. …

Result : around 11000 customer knowledge sheet are collected on the show and securely transmitted to the sales network to process the information.

Also used for other events (Lyon 2005 Car Show, 2005 Agriculture Show and 2006 International Car Show ), this solution is part of a dedicated offer, supported by Itelios mobility teams.
